Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GYMAURA, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

GYMAURA is a companion app for gym members. It lets you access your gym using a digital credential (such as a QR code), stay informed through club news and announcements, and interact with the community.

GYMAURA is currently distributed via TestFlight for evaluation purposes. The service may change, be interrupted, and data recorded during this phase may be reset without notice.

Account creation is done via "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google". You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your Apple/Google accounts confidential. You must be at least 16 years old.

GYMAURA provides digital access and information services. Your physical membership, opening hours, pricing and access rights are governed by your agreement with the gym operator.

Your access credential is personal and must not be shared. We may suspend digital access in case of fraud, sharing of your credential, or at the request of the gym operator.

GYMAURA facilitates access to and information about your gym; it does not provide medical or fitness advice. Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Follow your gym's safety rules and consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

You agree not to use GYMAURA for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt its operation, not to access other users' data, not to attempt to gain physical access you are not entitled to, and not to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits.

You retain your rights to the content you publish. You grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to provide the service.

You agree not to post unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

GYMAURA is currently free. A paid subscription system may be introduced later. Where applicable, prices and terms will be communicated to you before any purchase; subscriptions will be billed and managed through your App Store account, in accordance with Apple's rules (automatic renewal, management and cancellation from your account settings).

Any physical gym membership fees are billed separately by your gym operator and are not handled by GYMAURA.

The app, the GYMAURA brand, its logo and its content are protected. No license is granted to you beyond normal use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of digital access or of the app.

To the extent permitted by law, BeAble2 shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms.

We may modify these terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute falls under the competent courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
