Account data: GYMAURA only uses "Sign in with Apple" and "Sign in with Google". We receive an identifier and an email address (which may be an Apple relay email), along with your name if you provide it. We do not manage any password.

Profile data: the information you add to your profile, such as a display name and an optional photo.

Gym access data: a digital access credential (such as a QR code) linked to your account, and check-in records (date, time and the gym you visit) used to manage entry, security and your membership.

Community content: messages, posts or reactions you publish in community features, where available.

Technical data: device information, usage and diagnostic logs required to operate and secure the service.

GYMAURA uses your camera only to scan access codes, and does not collect images beyond what you choose to upload.

Provide the service: gym access, check-ins, the club news feed and community features.

Keep accounts and gym access secure and prevent fraudulent or abusive entry.

Send you service and club communications (news and announcements).

Provide support, diagnose issues and improve the app.

To grant you access to your gym, the app generates a digital credential (such as a QR code) linked to your account. Each entry may be recorded as a check-in (date, time and the gym concerned) in order to manage access, ensure security and administer your membership.

Your access credential is personal. Sharing it with a third party may lead to its suspension.

We process your data based on the performance of our contract (providing the service), your consent where required, and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the app.

Where community features are offered, the content you publish is visible to other members. Do not share sensitive personal data. You can report or delete content in accordance with our rules, and we may remove content that breaches them.

Supabase: authentication and database, hosted in the European Union.

Railway: hosting of our backend service, in the European Union.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your account and access data is hosted in the European Union.

As BeAble2 is established in Singapore, certain administrative operations may involve processing in Singapore; where so, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, it is erased within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies. Technical logs and check-in records are kept for a limited period.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. If you reside in the EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

You can delete your account and its associated data directly from the app, or by contacting us at [email protected].

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

GYMAURA is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page; in case of a significant change, we will notify you by an appropriate means.
